I. Self-assessment
a. Values: I believe that my success as an Electrical Engineer in the future
hinges on several important values that I hold dear. These include my
dedication to continuously improving my technical skills, my adeptness at
managing time efficiently, my knack for thinking creatively to solve
challenges, and my natural inclination towards leadership. I am confident
that by embodying these values, I will chart a successful career path in
electrical engineering.
b. Interests: In my free time, I'm naturally drawn to exploring electrical works
and tinkering with appliances, finding satisfaction in understanding their
inner workings and repairing them when needed. I often find myself
delving into the intricacies of electricity, studying its principles and
applications, which fuels my curiosity and passion for the field. Hanging
out with friends, we indulge in experimental projects, such as making
guitar effects or pedals, and modifying some objects like flashlights with
potentiometers to explore new functionalities. These hands-on experiences
not only deepen my understanding of electrical engineering but also
provide opportunities for creative expression and innovation.
c. Skills: My skills as a student that might apply in my future career is my
Electrical skills, Time Management, Leadership, Creativity, Critical Thinking
and my Curiousive thoughts that might serve an important part in the
future
d. Personality Traits: I am an Extrovert person and I prefer working with my
team or sometime i work on my own
II. Career Exploration
a. Electrical Engineer and Head Electrician
b. Industry Research: In the future I wanted to work as an Head electrician in
ILPI. However, My Passion is to be an Engineer so I should be at planning
site in Electrical Area
III. Goal Setting
a. Long-Term Goal (5+ Years): 5 years and more I would be a successful
Engineer in our Family
b. Short-Term Goals (1-2 Years): To reach my objective, I aim to pursue my
studies at MSU IIT as my preferred institution and successfully pass the
board exam.To excel academically during my time at MSU IIT, I should
aiming for high grades and academic distinctions such as the Dean's List.

a. Skill Development: The skills I need to develop is my Electrical skills and
techniques, Leadership skills and Critical Thinking
b. Action Steps: While we are undergo in a work Immersion I happened to
learn new things that might beneficial in the future it was a Leadership
that lead by our supervisors and some electrical abilities and skills

My objectives as a future Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering are
multifaceted. Firstly, I am dedicated to achieving academic excellence
throughout my tenure at MSU IIT, striving for top grades and aiming for
prestigious academic distinctions such as placement on the Dean's List.
Secondly, I am committed to actively immersing myself in research
projects and securing internships or co-op placements within the industry
to gain invaluable practical experience. By taking on leadership roles
within student organizations and completing a standout capstone project,
I aim to showcase not only my technical proficiency but also my leadership
abilities, thereby demonstrating my readiness to excel in the field.
Furthermore, I am determined to pursue relevant industry certifications to
further bolster my credentials and actively contribute to community
engagement initiatives, utilizing my expertise in electrical engineering for
the betterment of society.
