MAN, RESIDENT OF MADIRISA, NANSANA MUNICIPALITY, WAKISO DISTRICT.

CT.1 STATEMENT OF THE OFFENCE

Threatening violence contrary to Section 77 of the Penal Code Act cap. 128

PARTICULARS OF THE OFFENCE

Mapeera Chagga on 10/9/2024 at around 11:30 hours went to a one Truth Daliso’s
home, his sister Truth and told her to vacate the house and Truth resisted. He
threatened to beat her and then threw a spear at her which she dodged and fell on the
ground.

CT. 2 STATEMENT OF THE OFFENCE

Forgery contrary to Section 319 of the Penal Code Act cap 128

PARTICULARS OF THE OFFENCE

On 10/9/2023, while at the scene of crime, Mapeera Chaga, showed to Samula Daliso
and the LC1 Chairman a document which he claimed to have acquired from their father.

CT. 3 STATEMENT OF THE OFFENCE

Uttering false documents contrary to Section 328 of the Penal Code Act cap 128
PARTICULARS OF THE OFFENCE

Mapeera Chaga claims that in 2010 his father called him and gave him land in writing
and in the presence of Petua Kimani and Absalom who are currently working in Iraq. He
claims that the agreement of the same land has clear demarcations.
