Job Description
As a Software Developer at Apxor, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining
our core product features and infrastructure. You will collaborate with cross-functional
teams to create robust, scalable, and reliable software solutions, driving both product
and user success.
Title: Associate Software Engineer

Employment Type: 6 to 8 months paid internship followed by Permanent / Full Time
Key Responsibilities:
Develop & Test Backend APIs: Design and implement backend APIs to support core
product functionalities.
Frontend Application Development: Build and maintain user-facing applications,
ensuring seamless and responsive user interfaces.
Reusable Code: Write clean, efficient, and reusable code for both backend and
frontend systems to enable future scalability.
Optimization: Ensure the application is optimized for maximum speed, security, and
scalability.
DevOps Environment: Contribute to building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines,
working in a DevOps environment to streamline the software development lifecycle.
Testing & Quality Assurance: Develop automated tests to ensure reliability and
stability of applications.
Skills & Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related
technical field.
Logical Thinking and Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills with the
ability to break down complex issues into manageable solutions.
Good Computer Science Fundamentals: Solid understanding of computer science
concepts such as algorithms, data structures, and object-oriented programming
Debugging Skills: Ability to diagnose and resolve software issues efficiently.
Quick Learner: Ability to learn new technologies and frameworks quickly and
adapt to new challenges.
Good Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with
the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
Backend Programming Knowledge: Knowledge of backend programming languages
such as Python, Java,Golang or Node.js is a plus.
JavaScript Knowledge: Familiarity with JavaScript and frontend frameworks (like
React, Angular) is beneficial.
