Our guide for the e-learning platform explains how to
use this tool to enhance the digital teaching and
learning experience for both students and educators.

Main Page
View
The main page view in e-learning is the primary
interface that provides an overview of the course
content and navigation options.

User Login
View
The user login view in e-learning is the interface
where learners enter their login credentials to
access the course materials and activities.

User Log-in View
You are required to access the login page by
entering your login credentials as follows:
Username: Student No.
Password: ISID No.
Click Log in button to continue.

Dashboard
View
The dashboard view in e-learning is the interface
that provides learners with a summary of their
progress and performance in the course, including
any upcoming assignments or activities, as well as
access to various course resources and tools.

Dashboard View
Once successfully login into E-Learning, you will see the
default view of the Dashboard that cover these areas:
1. Quick access to;
a. Notification & Message Menu
b. User Menu
2. Customise This Page Panel
3. Blocks Panel
4. Recent Accessed Courses Panel
5. Course Overview Panel
6. Dropdown Navigation Panel

Quick Access To:
01 Notification & Message Menu
View the Notifications /Messages
for any updates of activities on
your courses & connect with your
contacts in this course using this
quick access.
Click See All to expand
the Notifications/
Messages view.
Click the Setting icon for
more configurations that
suit your needs.

Click the User Menu to have quick
access to these functions & features:
Dashboard
Profile
Grades
Messages
Preferences
Log out
In User Profile, you can view all the
courses that are associated with you in
the Course Tab.
View more in the Det ails Tab or click on
the Setting icon to see more preferences
for your configuration.

Customise This Page
Click the Customize This Page button to start customising
your dashboard view.
You have the ability to rearrange the location of these panels
Blocks panel
Recently Accessed Courses panel
Course Overview panel
Click Stop Customising This Page button once you have done

Dashboard View:
Blocks Panel
The blocks panel gives you quick assistance to access the
information & activities that happen in your courses.
In order to add a block, the initial step is to click on Customise
This Page.
Once activated, click on Add a block at the navigation panel.

Blocks Panel
It will be necessary to set up the block that has been added to the
panel by clicking on the setting icon.
You have the option to either hide or delete the blocks that have
been added.
After completing the editing process, click on Stop Customise
This Page to exit the editing mode.

Recent Access Course Panel
This section displays the most recent course you have viewed.
Meanwhile, the Course Overview section presents all the courses in
which you are enrolled.
You can filter the Course
Overview by;
All
In Progress
Future
Past
Starred
Remove from View

You have the option to view the
courses based on;
Course Name
Last Accessed
The Course Overview can be in
the form of;
Card
List
Summary
You can also star the preferable
course in Course Overview by
selecting Star This Course.

Panel, you have the access to;

Using Private Files , you have the ability to create folders, as well as
add/upload and download documents for your reference.

View
The course view in e-learning is the interface where
learners can access the course materials and
activities, interact with instructors and peers, and
track their progress throughout the course.

Dropdown Navigation Panel
If you select a course, you will be directed to the course content section
where you can see all the learning activitie & resources that are set by
your lecturer.

On your left is the Navigation Dropdown panel.
In this panel, you can view & navigate to these
elements in your course;
Participants
Badges
Competencies
Grades
From this panel, you can also have quick access
to;

As a student, you have the capability to utilize a variety of
learning activities and resources available in E-Learning. This
includes the ability to access and engage in the following:
Various learning materials and resources
Interactive discussions with peers and instructors
Submission of assignments and receiving feedback
Online quizzes and exams
Viewing of grades and feedback
Collaborative activities and group projects
Access to multimedia and external resources
Receiving notifications regarding course updates,
assignments and forum posts.
Overall, E-Learning provides a diverse platform for students to
access and engage in a multitude of learning activities and
resources.

Submission
To submit an assignment, you will need to
select a course, then click on the assignment
link provided in the course.
Continue with the following steps;
1. Click on the Add Submission button
2. Add a file by clicking the Add Icon or by dragging a file from your computer.
3. Once the file is uploaded, click the Save Changes button.

Submission
Once you have saved changes, the submission status is still treated as a draft
(not submitted), you have the authorization proceed with these actions;
Edit Submission
Remove Submission
Submit Assignment
1. Edit Submission will bring you to the uploader
file page.
2. Remove Submission will remove the current
added file.
3. Submit Assignment when you are ready to submit your work for grading.
Once submitted, the Submission
Status changed to Submitted for
Grading.
