The third component of 45th convocation would be held at CPSP Head office Karachi on December 10, 2011. fellows and members, who qualified during the calendar year 2010, are invited to participate. All are required to send their willingness to attend this ceremony by returning the attached Registration form latest by December 5, 2011, up to 5.00 PM. Each recipient of diploma can bring two guests. For this purpose recipients are requested to provide details of their guests on the registration form and send at the address given below. Children below 12 years of age are not allowed to attend convocation ceremony. Please note that provision of copy of computerized national identity card of the recipients and their guests along with the completed registration form is essential. All invitees are also required to bring their original national identity cards on the day of convocation.
