Early Termination of 2 years No Pay Leave ( 16/03/23 to 15/03/25)

I,Dr L A A Abeywickrama ,Consultant Physician at National Hospital Karapitiya


wd 19/21,has been on 2 years no pay leave from 16/03/2023 to 15/03/2025.

I would like to officially notify you of my intention to return to work at National


Hospital Karapitiya,wd 19/21 on the 01/01/2025 and I would like said date to be
considered the termination of my 2 years no pay leave.

I have already given my resignation to the Royal Shrewsbury Hospital UK to be


efective from 30/12/2024.

I am delighted to return to work at National Hospital Karapitiya and look


forwad to resuming my duties as a consultant physician on a full time basis.

I appreciate your understanding and support in this matter and sincerely look
forward to return to work at National Hospital Karapitiya.
