Sweepstakes Terms and Conditions 1.

Eligibility The Castle Project Facebook Sweepstakes, (hereinafter the "Sweepstakes") is open only to people who are eighteen years of age or older as of the date of entry. Employees of The Castle Project, the sponsor, and any organization or individual responsible for sponsoring, fulfilling, administration, advertising or promoting the Sweepstakes or supplying the prize(s), their respective corporate parents, subsidiaries, affiliated companies, employees and the immediate family members of such individuals are not eligible to enter. "Immediate family members" shall mean parents, stepparents, child, stepchildren, siblings, stepsiblings, and spouses. 2. Sponsor The Sweepstakes is sponsored by The Castle Project, (hereinafter "the sponsor"). 3. Cost of Entering There is no cost to enter the Sweepstakes nor is there any requirement to purchase any product or service from The Castle Project. 4. Sweepstakes Prize Odds Odds of winning prize depend on the number of eligible entries received. 5. Agreement to Official Rules Participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes the entrant's full and unconditional agreement to comply with the Sweepstakes Official Rules. Winning any prize in the Sweepstakes is contingent upon the entrants fulfilling all requirements set forth herein in a timely manner. 6. Rules of Entry a. Completed entry must be received by May 31, 2012 by 11:59pm Mountain Standard time. b. Entrants must be eligible to enroll. c. Only one entry per person will be accepted. d. Winner will be notified of winning by email. Winner has until close of business (5pm) on June 3, 2012 to contact The Castle Project. If winner does not contact The Castle Project another winner will be selected. f. Winner may not assign, transfer, substitute, trade prize(s) to another party. Prize(s) may not be redeemed for cash. If for any

reason prize(s) become unavailable, Sponsor may, at Sponsor's sole discretion, award a substitute prize of equal or greater value. g. All Federal, State and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited by law. Taxes and any other related expenses related to the acceptance and/or use of the prize are the sole responsibility of the prize winner(s) who will receive a 1099 form reflecting the actual final retail value of the price. h. Winner will be selected on June 1, 2012 in a random drawing by Sponsor from all eligible entries received by The Castle Project, Sponsor's selection will be final and binding on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Each winner will be notified by email and phone call. Failure to acknowledge prize before 5pm on June 3, 2012 will cause a forfeiture of the prize and an alternate winner will be selected by a random drawing. i. Neither The Castle Project or Sponsor shall be responsible for any lost, stolen or misdirected entries. 7. General Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. By entering Sweepstakes, entrant agrees 1) to release The Castle Project, Sponsor, and their agents from and against all liability, loss or damages arising out the entrants participation in the Sweepstakes, including the awarding, recipient, acceptant, use and or misuse of the prize(s); 2) to be bound by the Terms and Conditions and Official Rules; 3) to be contacted by The Castle Project, or Sponsor by Facebook and/or email; and 4) if selected as winner, allow The Castle Project, and Sponsor to use his/her name and likeness for advertising and promotional purposes in all media including online, without any additional compensation except where otherwise prohibited by law.
