SOP of ASSET TAGGING

1. Engineer to create work orders floor wise on Particular Team Leader specially assigned for this
tagging
2. Printed QR Codes to be cut individually and arrange floor wise to finish one by one floor wise
workorder.
3. Team Leader to use updated Vortex Mobile Version to process the QR Code Synchronization
4. Team Leader to access the work order, and follow the below procedure

a. Click on Travel b. Click on Check in

c. Click on Products d. Select the Asset as per matching with


asset code in the given list.
e. Select the “ATTRIBUTES” f. Select “ADD NEW ATTRIBUTES”

g. Select QR Code h. Select “SCAN” to Scan the given QR


Code Sticker to synchronise
i. Verify the generated output QR Code j. Once it shown success, you can see
that is matching with Asset Code. the asset code and scanned QR
Code.

k. Repeat the same for all assets in the


floor wise workorder.
