1. YOURSELF: Using the following list, choose any adjectives


that best describe yourself. Be objective and honest.

2. YOUR FRIEND: Using the following list, choose any adjectives


that best describe yourself. Be objective and honest.
3. Fill In the Johari Window Panes
• The Open Area: adjectives appear in both lists.
• The Blind Self: adjectives appear in your friend lists only.
• The Hidden Self: adjectives appear in your lists.
• The Unknown Self: choose some left adjectives that interest you.

4. Review & Analysis: Use the following questions to promote reflection and
learning:
• The Open Area: what would be the most useful personal development needs
for me to discuss with others?
• The Blind Self: how should I seek feedback from my friends and teammates?
• The Hidden Self: what more can I share with people when delivering
presentations or building trusted relationships?
