Tissue Paper Distressing and Texture

Materials Card stock Tissue or toilet paper Acrylic Paint in white and other colors Sponge brush Mod Podge

Apply Mod Podge to the card stock

Crinkle a tissue or toilet paper. Apply a single ply of tissue or toilet paper If the tissue or toilet paper are two ply, it'll automatically separate when you apply it to the card stock. If you want more texture, apply Mod Podge over the first layer and apply a second layer

of crinkled paper.

Tear of the excess toilet paper around your card stock.

Using a sponge brush, apply acrylic paint.

Add a second acrylic paint color if you want.

Once the paint dries, you may stamp on it and add your embellishments.
