1. Barka Township Project Value: $ 300 million Client: Margan Towell Investment Company Status: Design Stage Consultant: Al Abraj Consulting Engineering & Architects Tender Issue Date: Q2 2011 Tender Award Date: Q4 2011 Remarks: The government of Oman is undertaking many development projects to modernise the economy, improve the standard of living, and become a more active player in the global marketplace to add to this government objective the Alargan Towell Investment Company plans to construct another prestigious development in Oman known as Barka Township. The 79000 square meters (sqm) of development will be part of the urban development of Muscat that will be directly accessible to the arterial road network and will include retail and commercial centre.

2. Duqm Town Ship Residential and Commercial Court Complex Project Value: $ 150 million Client: Supreme Committee for Town Planning Status: Consultant Bidding Stage Tender Issue Date: Q4 2011 Tender Award Date: Q1 2012 Remarks: Supreme Committee for Town Planning is planning to develop residential and commercial building at Duqm Town. Scope of Work: Residential Complex, Commercial Building, Associated Facilities 3. Mirbat Beach Development Phase 2 Project Value: $ 800 million Client: Dhofar Tourism Company Status: Design Stage Consultant: Parsons Corporation Tender Issue Date: Q2, 2011 Tender Award Date: Q4, 2011 Remarks: Dhofar Tourism Company, which is jointly owned by Omani Investors and the Government of Qatar plans to construct an ambitious tourism and residential development at Mirbat in Dhofar Governate. Set on two million square meters of land, Mirbat Beach in

the first phase will include a Royal Tulip Resort & Spa Mirbat Salalah, a five-star property which is believed to be the centerpiece of the project. The development will also feature 1500 residential units that will include townhouses, village houses, villas, and apartments. Leaving aside 10000 square meters (sqm) of retail space and 10000 sqm of office space along with a second five-star hotel with 300 rooms, nine-hole golf-course and clubhouse, water park, a private hospital / clinic with helipad, nursery and child care facility, as well as entertainment centre for adults and children. 4. Mirbat Beach Development Phase 3,4,5 Project Value: $ 1.8 billion Client: Dhofar Tourism Company Status: Design Stage Consultant: Parsons Corporation Tender Issue Date: Q1 2012 Tender Award Date: Q3 2012

Remarks: Phase 3 to 5 of the projects includes the construction of town houses, golf villas, sports complex, horse riding facilities, residential villas, and associated facilities. On-Going Project 1. Blue City Project Phase 3-4 Project Value: $ 10 billion Client: Al Sawadi Investment & Tourism Company Status: Construction Completion Date: 2014 Remarks: Construction of 20,000 population city on the outskirts of Muscat closer to Barka. 2. Water Front Investments The Wave Project Value: US$ 580 million Client: National Investment Funds Company (NIFCO) Majid Al-Futtaim Group of Companies Waterfront Investment Oman Completion Date: Q4 2015 EPC Contractor: Boskalis Westminster Middle East Remarks: The Wavefront Investment (formerly Oman Tourism Development Company) is planning to develop a stretch of coastline between Muscat and Seeb, north of Seeb International Airport. The beach will have a huge resort which will reflect the unique Omani culture and heritage. The government having contributed the land is seeking private investors to participate in the development. The resort will cover almost 2 million sq mts along with 400000 sq mt of reclaimed land. The project will be completed in two phases.

Needs for U-City Solutions y Establishment of better health care solutions: the government of Oman is planning to build a world class health care city that comprises of advance hospitals and clinics that will be equipped with latest technology. The need for better health care system has always been courted by the people of Oman. Development of Strategic areas such as Duqm Duqm is being transformed from a 6,000 population village to a world class township and industrial zones. With industries such as petrochemical, refinery and various manufacturing industries, Duqm is seen as a future commercial hub of Oman. The government of Oman is also building a world class port and dry dock facility that will put the town of Duqm as one of the most strategic sea port in the world. In order to compliment all the facilities, the government is transforming Duqm into a city. Establishment of Academic City: Projects such as Blue city comprises of educational institutions such as college and school. However the availability of world class universities is lacking in the Sultanate. New projects such as Blue city, and various other projects is vital to improve the education sector in Oman.
