Introduction:

Man is one of the creatures that cannot live alone in a natural way, human
relations are as old as time, and when the number of people increased, these
relationships needed principles and laws that govern them to maintain them
properly from those who try to control all matters and seize the belongings of others,
so it was necessary to have the law in society to control the behavior of individuals
with the elements of coercion and punishment, which are the essence of the law.
