Greetings!
Kindly note that Aspam Scottish School has been nominated as the polling centre for the
upcoming elections scheduled for 26th April 2024 i.e. Friday.
To facilitate the election process, the authorities will require access to our campus two
days prior to the election date for making appropriate arrangements. Therefore, the
school premises will be unavailable for regular academic activities on 24th and 25th April
2024.
To ensure that our students do not miss out on important school days, classes will be
conducted in online mode on 24th and 25th April 2024 as per the given timings.

2 UKG 09:00-12:30 PM
3 I-XII 08:00-02:00 PM
Teachers will provide instructions and assignments through the online platform to
ensure continuity in learning during these days. Also note that Teams link will be shared
a day prior in the respective class broadcast group by the Grade Mentor.

Hindi reinforcement I will be conducted on 17.7.24
Hindi reinforcement II will be conducted on 18.07.24
Hindi Assessment will be conducted on 19.07.24
We encourage parents to utilize the Election Day to engage in discussions about the
democratic process and civic responsibility with their children.
