 Request for change in timing/date of assessment will not be entertained.
 Absentees on the days of assessment will be awarded zero as there is no provision for re-test.
 The evaluated Answer Scripts will be shown to the students as per the following schedule:

 Students are required to go through their answer scripts carefully and get the corrections done (if any) on the
same day. Request for change of marks will not be entertained thereafter.
 Students of IX & XI whose performance does not meet the promotion criteria in any subject will have to
appear for the Compartmental Exams as per CBSE norms and this will be held between 18.03.2024 and
30.03.2024 as per the following schedule:

 Students falling under this category shall be informed through Email on Students’ G-suit id and Parents’ id.
You are requested to check your email on a regular basis. The compartmental exam will not be rescheduled nor
will retest be conducted. To be promoted to the next class, it is mandatory for a student to meet the promotion
criteria as mentioned in the almanac.
 Students (VI-VIII) who are not able to cope may be required to appear for an improvement test between
18.03.2024 and 30.03.2024. Schedule and other details will be communicated via Email to such students on
Students’ G-suit id and Parents’ id. You are requested to check your email on a regular basis.
 Open House - Report Card Distribution will be held as follows. Timings will be intimated near the date.

Beginning of the new session
 Academic Session 2024-25 for all classes (except class XI) will commence on 03.04.2024 (Wednesday).
 Students should report to school in their summer uniform.
