GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR STUDENTS:

 On examination days, buses shall ply as per normal routes.
 Dispersal will be at 02:00 p.m.
 Students commuting under supervision must report to school latest by 9:20 a.m. Extra
time will not be given to the latecomers, whatsoever the reason be.
 Request for change in date/timing of assessment will not be entertained.
 The corrected answer scripts will be shown to the students of Classes X & XII on 25.01.2024
(Thursday). Class X will return the answer scripts on 29.01.2024 (Monday) as they will be
retained by the school for evidence of assessment in accordance with CBSE requirements.
However, the corrected answer scripts will be handed over to the students of class XII on
the same day.
 Students whose performance is unsatisfactory in Pre-Board-II, will have to mandatorily
appear for a retest. The Tentative Pre-Board-II retest schedule is mentioned below.

  The CBSE Board Practical Exams for Class XII will be conducted after Pre-Board-II. The
schedule will be intimated later.

 Please note that there is no provision for retest of the CBSE Practical Examination as it is
conducted by External Examiners appointed by the Board. Hence, attendance is
mandatory.

 All dues till December 2023 must be settled on or before 30.12.2023 (Saturday), failing
which the child will not be allowed to appear for the examination.
 The Open House will be held on 27.01.2024 (Saturday).
