WILL - DEED
I, Shri Dinesh Rohtagi son of Shri Dhananjay Kashyap, a resident of
3521 Karol Bagh, Central Delhi, New Delhi- 110053, by religion
Hindu, born on 06.12.1965 do hereby revoke all my previous Wills (or) Codicils
and declare that this is my last Will, which I make on this 15th of October
2024
I declare that I am writing this will out of my free volition and without any coercion
or undue influence whatsoever.
I appoint Shri Ramnath Rajesh Son of Vishwanath Rai, resident of 32,
Madhuram Apartments Pocket 13-B Rohini, New Delhi-
110008 to be the executor of this Will. In a case where Shri Ramnath
Rajesh were to predecease me, then Smt Shreyashi Tiwari, will be the
executor of this Will.
Any liability, owed by me, and the executor fees and probation expenses shall be paid
from by bank account no. 501000234368544, HDFC bank,
Gulshan Chowk in case, the fund is insufficient then the income from the
property located at 3521 Karol Bagh should be used.
I bequeath the following assets to my wife Smt Geeeta
Rohtagi
1. My house located at 3521 Karol Bagh, New Delhi- 110053
2. My other commercial complex located at Shop no. 15, i-215, Kirti
Nagar, New Delhi- 110015
3. Bank balance of my savings account no. 503400068429 with SBI Bank,
Shani Bhawan, Kailash Road.
4. The proceeds of my Term insurance policy having policy no. D06475649
from GoDigit General Insurance Ltd.
5. My car with registration no. DL14AC1413
6. My Shares having share certificate no. 51259879 of Reliance
Industries Ltd.
7. My Bank fixed deposits in SBI Bank bearing FD receipt no. AD11746840
8. My mutual fund investments with folio number SBI98876310009
9. Any other asset not mentioned in this Will but of which I am the owner.
All the above assets are owned by me. No one else has rights on these properties.
That in case my wife Smt. Geeta Rohtagi predeceased me, in that eventuality,
my above said property i.e. House No. 3521, Karol Bagh, Central
Delhi, New Delhi- 110053 shall devolve in equal share to my son and
daughter namely Mr.Rajesh Rohtagi and Ms. Sanya Rohtagi, who are
also residing with me. Thus both my son and daughter shall become the absolute
owners of House No. 3521, Karol Bagh, Central Delhi, New Delhi- 110053 to the
extent of ½ share each and will also become entitled for the money and articles
lying deposited in the above said bank accounts and other above mentioned assests in
equal share after my death.
In case my wife Smt. Geeta Rohtagi predeceased me both my children namely
Mr.Rajesh Rohtagi and Ms. Sanya Rohtagi shall inherit the above said
properties in equal shares on the basis of this Will and they will be having all rights,
title and interest in my aforesaid properties as I am having at present
In case I acquire any movable or immovable properties in future, the same shall also
be inherited by my wife and in case my wife Smt. Geeta Rohtagi predeceases
me then both my childre Mr. Rajesh Rohtagi and Ms. Sanya Rohtagi
will inherit that property in equal share.

We hereby attest that this Will has been signed by Shri Rajesh Rohtagi as his last Will
at 9/11 Tuda Mandi, Prashant Vihar, New Delhi- 110079 in the joint presence of
himself and us. The testator is in sound mind and made this Will without any
coercion.
