Dear Sir:

This is in line with your letter dated July 5, 2024 which we received last September
9, 2024 regarding Unauthorized Pawnshop Operation.

We tried registering this branch with BSP but it was not successfully done. As a
result, the management decided to close the said branch and the head office as well
in 2022.

Please see attached proof of business closure and other related documents
evidencing the closure.
