I am writing on behalf of the Baganda Nkobazambogo Student’s Association(BANKOSA) to formally
request approval for an event (kyoto) to be held on the campus grounds of Busitema University
Nagongera on the 28th of September 2024. The event is aimed at promoting the Baganda culture,
and togetherness, encouraging new students to join the association, and promoting collaboration
with other cultures.
We believe that hosting this event at Busitema University will benefit the students and staff and
contribute to the university's reputation and community engagement. We have considered the
university rules and regulations and are committed to adhering to them throughout the event.
We kindly request your approval to use the designated area on the specified date and assure you
that we will comply with all necessary procedures and requirements set forth by the university.
We are open to discussing any conditions or concerns you may have regarding the event and are
willing to provide any additional information or documentation that may be required.
