Oak Park Prep is accepting applications for its ADMISSIONS LOTTERY for the 2012-2013 school year. We are accepting applications for seventh (7th) grade students only. To enter your child into our lottery please fill out this document and submit it to one of the addresses below or contact Principal Paul Schwinn - paschwinn@sthopepublicschools.org or (916) 533-4816. Please Note: This application guarantees your child a space in our lottery but does not constitute an offer of or guarantee enrollment at Oak Park Prep. Located in the Sacramento neighborhood of Oak Park, Oak Park Prep is open to all students in California. Note: If the number of applicants exceeds the number of available spaces, then a random lottery will be held to determine admission. In the lottery preference will be given to siblings of accepted students, children of St. HOPE employees and board members and students residing in the Sacramento City Unified School District boundaries. See Oak Park Preps enrollment policy for complete details. Please Note: If your child is not selected into the in Oak Park Preps lottery they are eligible to take place in PS7s 7th grade admissions lottery. Seats are limited, apply immediately.
