EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT
This Employment Contract is made and entered into as of August 15, 2024, by and between
TATA TRUSTS, a company organized and existing under the laws of Maharashtra, India with
its principal place of business Bombay House, 24, Homi Mody Street,
Mumbai 400 001, India ("Company"), and Inderbir Kaur residing at VPO Dhindsa, Teh.
Moonak, Distt. Sangrur- 148033, Punjab, India("Employee").
1. Position and Responsibilities
1.1 The Company agrees to employ the Employee in the position of the Head- Western
Wing, India- Maharashtra, Gujarat, Rajasthan, Rajasthan, Chhattisgarh and Madhya Pradesh.
1.2 The Employee agrees to perform all duties and responsibilities as outlined in the job
description and any additional duties as may be assigned from time to time by the Company.
2. Term
2.1 This Contract shall commence on September 2nd, 2024 and shall continue for a period of
three (3) years, ending on September 1st , 2027 unless terminated earlier in accordance with
the provisions of this Contract.
3. Compensation
3.1 Base Salary- The Employee shall receive a monthly salary of INR 1,25,000 (One Lakh
Twenty-Five Thousand Rupees) payable in accordance with the Company's standard payroll
practices.
3.2 Bonuses- The Employee may be eligible for bonuses as determined by the Company’s
bonus plan and at the sole discretion of the Company.
4. Benefits
4.1 The Company shall provide the following benefits to the Employee:
a. Private flight travel for all work-related trips.
b. Accommodation during work-related travel.
c. Medical insurance coverage, including medical bills incurred by the Employee.
5. WORKING HOURS AND LOCATION
5.1 Working Hours -
The Employee’s regular working hours will be five hours per week. The Employee may be
required to work additional hours as necessary to fulfil their duties.
4.2 Location-
The Employee can be based virtually but may be required to travel as necessary to fulfill
their responsibilities.
5. Meetings
5.1 The Employee shall attend all Company meetings held in India, which occur every six (6)
months, or as otherwise scheduled by the Company.
6. Termination
6.1 Either party may terminate this Contract with three [3] months' written notice to the
other party.
6.2 The Company may terminate this Contract immediately for cause, including but not
limited to a breach of this Contract, gross misconduct, or failure to perform duties
satisfactorily.
7. Confidentiality
7.1 The Employee agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all Company proprietary and
confidential information both during and after the term of this Contract.
8. Governing Law
8.1 This Contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of
Maharashtra, India
9. Dispute Resolution
9.1 Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Contract shall be resolved through
Tata Group, head office, in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
10. Entire Agreement
10.1 This Contract constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all
prior agreements and understandings.
11. Amendments
11.1 Any amendments to this Contract must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
