Good evening and welcome to this very special occasion! We
are gathered here tonight to
celebrate a milestone that is truly remarkable—a 60th
birthday!
I have the great pleasure of being your emcee for this
wonderful evening. On behalf of Mrs Florencia Mangantulao or
Anti Encing as i call our celebrant .
