NSS Notice
GCOE/NSS/2024-25

The process of constitution of NSS Council for academic session 2024-25 is underway. The
applications are invited (in the prescribed format attached herewith) from the eligible students for
the following posts.
1. NSS Secretary
2. Joint Secretary
Eligibility & other conditions:
a. The candidate who have taken admission to current academic year are only eligible.
b. Only Third year B. Tech students are eligible to apply for the posts at Sr.No.1&2.
c. Application must be forwarded by respective Heads of Department.
d. Application must be in prescribed format & accompanied the Photo copy of all grade cards (that
of latest examination is must).
e. The candidate must have passion for social service and community engagement with strong
leadership and organizational skills.
The applications are to be submitted on Monday, 02/12/2024. (Kept all your
achievements certificate with you on interview day).
The eligible candidates shall be interviewed by the committee tentatively on 02/12/2024.
