Interdependence is the Idea of people depending on you but a the same time you
depend on them. For example you help eachother out doing tasks or work. sharing
notes, etc. The idea expands to effectiveness of communication within groups, if you
handle conflict well, if you allow others to express their view points, if you all share
your ideas confidently, if you discuss topics without bringing others down. All these
ideas come to form “Interdependence”
