Do you know about inner beauty? What do you think about inner beauty? Do you think that inner beauty only for the women? What is the name (called) for men? Anybody know? it is called charisma let me showing my beautiful slide I would like to talk about Womens Perspective about Mens Charisma I have decide my talk into 3 parts, they are : behavior, intellegence, and friendships Now shall start with the first point, behavior Behavior is the first assessment for women to determine that the man includes a charismatic person. Usually, a woman assessed a man when he could be respectful and protective to a

woman naturally. For example, the man can show that he is really respectful when a man can listen to a womans opinion, when a man serves a woman like princess such as opening the door and asking to come in first, when a man can take over to bring something heavy. In terms of protection, For example, walking or crossing on a secure position, or accompanied when she felt frightened. By these ways, women can directly assess which men can make them a special place in the life of the man. In behavior, a man should be positive such as tolerance, positive thinking, mutual respect and care neighbor. It will create a positive aura for a man's own charisma. it looks like something that is not important but it was the little thing that has a huge impact on women.

Now, let me describe the second intelligence. A woman will be attracted to a man who has more intelligence than her. In this term, the meaning of mans intelligence is not that a man has known about the formula of trigonometry and algebra but knowing about general knowledge and insight. The communication should have context. If a man doesnt have good talks, a woman will avoid him. To get the intelligence, a man has to read and learn by experience and education. By having experience and education he can increase our knowledge with creative, rationalize and evaluate or judge process. So, have a good friendship with anyone who has a good knowledge.

Lets discuss the last friendships, Friendship in a society has an important role. With friendships, a mans character can change. If a man is not selective of choosing friends, a man does not have spirit to be better. When a man is close to the community which is pessimistic, he will also tend to be pessimistic. Conversely, if a man can choose a friend or optimistic community, a man can get spirit and always have big dreams for reaching success. Because of that a woman thinks that a man can bring positive side

and ask to learn together to achieve success in life. Find Friend or community has the same destination to achieve success in life will make a man successful as well Let me cloclude my explanation, a man must have a charisma such as behavior, intelligence, and friendships to fulfill a womans perspective. With a combination of behavior, intellect and friendship , a men will have a quality like diamonds. So, to get these precious stones, shine with behavior, intelligence and friendship.
