He shall refrain from taking part in paid


advertisement endorsing any materials

Shall be free from investment from
any financial or personal
relations/interest which tend to
weaken standing as an unprejudiced

with the Client a clause providing for
negotiation/conciliation and/or
arbitration methods for the
settlement of disputes

may involve extra costs to either the
contractor or the client

Shall not knowingly call upon the

NOT in conformity with the Contract
Documents
