Step 1) Open below URL

Step 2) Select Request for Changes
Step 3) Click on “New”
Step 4) Fill Required Details
Enter Description, Priority and Change Manager ID

Enter Text
Attach any required documents
Step 5) Press Save, Request for Change created
with number 4000000000
Responsibility: Change Manager
Step 1) Open below URL and Click on Request
for Change

Step 2) Enter search criteria and Press on
Search
Open Request for Change by clicking on the number
Step 3) Click on Edit
Step 4) Click on Action and Select “Set Request
for Change to Validation”
Step 5) Press Save
Step 6) Fill Required details
Select Change Cycle/Phase and Press F4
Note:
If TR to be created in S/4 Select “S/4 Continual for Urgent
Change”
If TR to be created in GRC Select “GRC Continual for
Urgent Change”
If TR to be created in SCM/APO Select “SCM Continual for
Urgent Change”
If TR to be created in BPC Select “BPC Continual for
Urgent Change”
Enter Approval Procedure “Change Request Approval
Procedure”
Click on insert and select “HPCL Urgent Change”
You can use Attachments to attach required documents if
any
Step 7) Press Save
Step 8) Click on Actions and Select “Release for
Approval”
Step 9) Press Save
Step 10) Under Approval tab you are
Approve/Reject Request for Change
Step 11) Press Save
Step 12) Click on Action and Select “Release for
Development”
Step 13) Press Save it will generate a Change
document (HPCL Urgent Change) number.
Below screenshot shows HPCL Urgent Change generated
with Number 5000000000
Step 14) Click on above HPCL Urgent Change
document number it will open the change
document , Click on Edit and Fill Functional
Consultant, Tester and IT Operator

Consultant
Step 1) Open below URL and Select Change

Step 2) Enter Search Criteria and click on Search
button
Select change document Number i.e 500000000 in this
case , it will open the change document
Step 3) Click on Edit and select Action Set to “In
Development”
Step 4) Press Save
Step 5) It will Open TR Popup Select Client ECD
100 and fill Request Owner (Functional
Consultant) and Tasks Owner.
Below TR generated
Step 5a) Login to 110 client with employee id.
Go to SE09 click display and Right click on the
task and add user (developer3) to the task.
Step 6) Developer/Functional will do necessary
changes by login in S/4 Dev ECD 100 and save
the changes in TR generated above
Developer/Functional will Release their corresponding
Tasks
Step 7) Functional/Developer Consultant Click
on Actions and Select Pass Normal Change to
Test
It will Release TR and gets automatically imported in QA
Responsibility: Tester
Step 1) Open below URL and Select Change

Step 2) Enter Search Criteria and click on Search
Button
Select change document Number i.e 500000000 in this
case , it will open the change document
Step 3) Tester will do testing after login in S/4
QA Backend System
Select Edit and Click on Actions “Confirm Successful
Test”
Step 4) Press Save
