The Opportunity
Write and execute functional, automation, or performance test cases for enterprise software
products. Understand portions of the business for a specific product line or platform.
Responsibilities:
Working under limited supervision:
Write test plans for each assigned testing project
Provide accurate testing estimates
Execute test plans for each assigned testing project
Assure standard processes are followed in the development of all software
Assure the quality of software products developed by application development staff
Enter accurate and timely information into the defect and project tracking systems
Contribute toward the definition and validation of acceptance criteria.

Validate that user and system documentation is complete and correct.
Knowledge and Skills:
Basic knowledge of product functionality
Strong analytical and design skills
Basic knowledge of software development lifecycle and metholodies, including Agile
Ability to work in a team environment and be responsible for self
Average communication and interpersonal skills
Average troubleshooting and problem solving skills
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, software engineering or computer science preferred
2+ years of experience in software QA/testing with increasing responsibilities and
project complexities
Experience in Salesforce apps and performing UI test automation required
ISTQB, CSQA Testing Certification, and formal Agile training a plus
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Physical Requirements: While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly
required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to use hands or fingers, handle or
feel objects, tools, or controls. The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; and
reach with hands and arms. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
Specific vision abilities required by this position include close vision, distance vision, and the
ability to adjust focus.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Work is performed primarily in office in an open-concept, collaborative cubical setting or
separate office. The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet in office settings and
moderate in other situations.
