1a. Goal Pakistan Studies is a subject that aims at enhancing students’ knowledge about history, culture
and geography of Pakistan and to inculcate patriotism in the hearts of students so that they may
become a good citizen.
1b. Credit
Hours 3 Credit hours

Prerequisites No Prerequisites required

1c. Course 1. The importance of how Pakistan Studies as a subject can help in understanding the origin,
Objective creation and development of Pakistan.
2. The guiding principles of Islamic way of life (justice, equality and brotherhood) that form
the basis of Pakistan ideology;
3. Political, Social and Geography of Pakistan;
4. Ideological development of Pakistan through science, technology, education, literature and
talent management.
1d. Program 1. Demonstrate proficiency in the fundamental business principles and practices that enable

social perspectives.
6. Students must be able to apply statistical tools, formulas and concepts effectively and
efficiently in mathematical, statistical and research-based problems.
1e. Course 1. The ability to acquire and analyze the evolutionary struggle of Pakistan movement, its
Learning history and current problems and possible solutions.
Outcome 2. Evaluate the political developments in Pakistan since its independence, including the
(CLO’s)
constitutional crises, military interventions, and the transition from military to civilian rule.
3. Analyze the ideological foundations of Pakistan, including the Two-Nation Theory and the
role of prominent leaders like Allama Iqbal and Muhammad Ali Jinnah in its establishment.
4. Comprehend the economic challenges and opportunities faced by Pakistan
throughout its history, including agrarian reforms, industrialization efforts, and
international trade relations.
2. Instructions Students must adhere to following: -
1. Must come prepared for the class.
2. Must read the topics to be discussed in advance.
3. Must reach class two minutes before start.
4. Must be properly attired.
5. Must complete all assignments in time.
6. Must not use red or green ink in all grading examinations.
7. Must switch off cell phones during class time.
3. Attendance
Students are required to maintain at least 75% attendance.
