Requirement Specification For The Electronics

Solar Cell ( 2V,200 mA) Output voltage range: 0 -2.5V ( It was measured 2.2 V by multimeter.)

Input voltage range :0-3 V Output current range: 0 -200 mA ( It was measured 100 mA by multimeter) We used to the sunlight as a light-source.However we were inside the lab.

CONCLUSION: We created an automatic measurement system for solar cell to determine of physical parameters and the characteristic of a solar cell. Our system includes voltage controlled electronic load.We used a function generator to control the electronic load.Agilent VEE ran to control function generator.Oscilloscope caught our measurements. Our system can be used to compare different type of solar cells. We did not obey our time table,it was wrong.First we made our block diagram. It was very useful. We checked every box, when we find a mistake. We made an electronic load which is controlling our system. We constructed our circuit with components which we borrowed from component shop. We used a lamp ( 40 W ) as a light source.VEE programme provided requirements which we wrote, however we had some noises which starts after voltage breakdown point. We made a simulation in PSPICE.When we compared our values, we could not get same values in our PSPICE simulation ,then we put another diode and we changed its resistor to get same result.Unfortunately, our maximum power found by vee programme is not same with found by our simulation .Because of we have some external noises surrounding.Noise give us the maximum

power point, however in simulation we calculated maximum power for curve. If we have more time, we could try to get just curve with VEE programme.
