Mission As a global partnership between the national agricultural research and extension systems (NARES) and international agricultural research centers (IARCs) in worldwide sharing of elite germplasm and related information, coordinated by the International Rice Research Institute (IRRI), INGER's mission is to provide an effective linkage for collaboration among various national and international rice improvement programs to accelerate the genetic improvement of rice for different ecosystems around the world. Objectives Make the world's elite breeding and genetic resources available to all rice scientists for direct use or in crosses within breeding programs. Provide rice scientists with the opportunity to assess the performance of their own advanced breeding lines over a wide range of climatic, cultural, soil, disease, and pest conditions. Identify genetic resources with resistance to major biotic stresses and tolerance for abiotic stresses. Monitor and evaluate the genetic variation of pathogens and insect pests. Serve as a center for information exchange on how varietal characteristics interact with diverse ricegrowing environments. Promote cooperation and interaction among rice improvement scientists. 2. Philippine-American Cultural Foundation About The Philippine American Cultural Foundation is a showcase for Filipino culture, history and Asian Heritage. It is committed to preserving and celebrating the rich cultural heritage of the Filipino people for Filipino Americans and their children through the midwest. The PACF owns and operates the PACF Cultural Center, A place where our children, senior citizens, Filipinos and non-FIlipinos can meet, interact and learn about Filipino cultural and civic history. The center also serves as a community nexus for social services, family events and activism for filipino interests. 3. Ramon Magsaysay Award Foundation

The Foundation's work is supported by stable organizational resources and strong working relationships with with local and international partners. Because of this, the development initiatives of the Magsaysay laureates are better known and more accessible to the public, and are increasingly supported by media and other relevant institutions within and outside Asia. Mission The mission of the Ramon Magsaysay Award Foundation is to honor outstanding individuals and organizations working in Asia who manifest greatness of spirit in service to the peoples of Asia. The Foundation bestows the Ramon Magsaysay Award after rigorous investigation and selection; subsequently, the Foundation promotes and supports the work of the Magsaysay laureates, in partnership with other local and international organizations. 4. Philippine Inventors Commission Republic Act No. 3580 Sec. 2. There is hereby created a Philippine Inventors Commission, under the supervision of the National Science Development Board, hereinafter referred to as the Commission, for the purpose of giving technical, financial and legal assistance to inventors in the Philippines. 5. Integrated Bar of the Philippines Fundamental Objectives 1. To elevate the standards of the legal profession; 2. To improve the administration of justice; 3. To enable the Bar to discharge its public responsibility more effectively. 6. Development Academy of the Philippines MISSION Its mission is to: enhance capacities of agencies of government in fulfilling their mandates of serving the citizenry; foster and support synergy among the development forces at work in nation-building; and, catalze and promote exchange of innovative ideas and expertise on development in the Philippines and Asia.

7. Aquaculture Department of the Southeast Asian Fisheries Development Center of the Philippines Objectives

The Southeast Asian Fisheries Development Center (SEAFDEC) is a regional treaty organization established in December 1967 to promote fisheries development in Southeast Asia. In April 2009, during its 41st meeting, the SEAFDEC Council adopted a new mandate: to develop and manage the fisheries potential of the region by rational utilization of the resources for providing food security and safety for people and alleviating poverty through transfer of new technologies, research and information dissemination activities. Functions To achieve its mandate, the SEAFDEC carries out the following functions:

Conducts research and development on fishing gear technologies and practices, fishery resources surveys and exploration, fisheries management, post-harvest technology and food safety/quality, and aquaculture development. Offers training courses, organizes workshops and seminars to enhance the capacity of member countries in the areas of competence as mentioned above. Facilitates the transfer of technology to the countries in the region and provides information materials to the print and non-print media, including the publication of statistical bulletins and reports for the dissemination of survey, research and other data on fisheries and aquaculture. Safeguards the priority and interests of the member countries on emerging regional/international issues that may have implications for fishery activities of the region, by monitoring and developing common/coordinated positions among the member countries in response to the issue.

The SEAFDEC has a memorandum of understanding with ASEAN and provides technical advice in fisheries under the ASEAN SEAFDEC Strategic Partnership. The SEAFDEC also has a memorandum of understanding with other organizations, including FAO. 8. Task Force on Human Settlement consisting of equipment, materials and services EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 419 September 19, 1973 CREATING A TASK FORCE ON HUMAN SETTLEMENTS WHEREAS, all Filipinos have a right to a quality of life that reflects the optimization of wealth and welfare, and to belong to and actively participate in a national community which promotes the realization of their individuals potential;

WHEREAS, the promise and benefits of national progress will be attained only if the accelerating growth of human settlements is directed and ordered towards meeting the requirements of national development that consistently foster improvement of the quality of life; WHEREAS, an effective solution to the many problems confronting the country requires the focusing of national efforts and resources towards the development of an integrative program on human settlements; and WHEREAS, one of the objectives of Proclamation No. 1081 is to effect social, economic and political reforms, and thus bring about the creation of a New Society in our country; NOW, THEREFORE, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, and in order to effect desired changes and reforms in the social, economic and political structure of our society, do hereby order:
