THE FLORIDA UNFAIR FRAUDCLOSURE ACT

Attached to this letter is a presentation of facts and background as to why you should not vote for the passage of House Bill 213 at the Meeting of the Economic Affairs Committee tomorrow morning. We apologize for the lateness of this correspondence partly due to the time pressures of putting the attached report together, the emergence into the public arena of the information just disclosed in the NY Times which includes a copy of the 136 separate indictments brought by Missouri AG on a report from the Grand Jury against DocX [a subsidiary of Lender Processing Services (LPS)] its President and others. An email, with attachment, provides the content of the article and copy of the Indictment that has been forwarded to you under separate cover. These are exactly the same circumstances as were investigated by Pam Bondi, our AG who found on advice from her advisors that there was no fraud evident, or similar statement. As the attached presentation discloses this bank sponsored fraud is but a small part of the massive fraud upon the people of the World, of the United States of America and the Residents of the State of Florida. In view of public information which discloses that LPS was a contributor to Ms. Bondis political campaign, when further viewed in the light of her dismissal of lawyers who were investigating banksters and their lawyers frauds and that she is a Member of the Florida Bar [integrated into the Supreme Court] should focus the legislatures attention on matters to enforce the separation of powers and to demand that she either resign or appoint a grand jury in this State. Please now read our report seriously and in so doing be aware that our communications including the attached presentations are already being widely distributed and read through the Internet, Please also regard all the attached as information which we are submitting as evidence to be put before the Committee prior to any vote being taken at tomorrows meeting. continue to use their fiat money with government backing amounting to untold trillions of dollars of present and future citizens taxes to increase their real assets. Finally, I wish to draw your attention to the fact that what should be a simple task in these days of advance technology, when we can get something in front of millions people all over the world within minutes of posting it on line that it is impossible for a resident of this State to communicate via email through the House and Senates administrators, who admit that they can communicate with each Committee Member at the touch of button. Our patience was exhausted after over a half hour of speaking to someone without authority, two disconnects and finally a discussion with a Deputy Administrator named Sheri who was more interested in telling me about how she had interrupted her busy day to speak with me and why I had no right to ask for such assistance and in an agitated voice further informing me that she is not a lobbyist. She also told me that she was under instructions not to facilitate my request and when I tried to explain that these documents were of such importance that they needed to be received read and understood before tomorrows committee meeting, she told me that I should attend the Committee Meeting in Tallahassee tomorrow morning, or send the emails after I had found the individual email address for the Committee Members. I was not aware that residents of this State needed to work through a lobbyist in order to convey urgent material of great public interest and if this is the policy of House I respectfully suggest that it needs urgent reversal to make such communications as easy as the information age has made it. In order to find those email addresses and get this material to you all I had to send individual emails to ensure that your responses gave me the correct address so that all Committee members would have the opportunity to review this material at the earliest opportunity. If House Members are so concerned about reducing the volume of pertinent material in their inboxes then they must have a serious problem with holding office as Public Representatives in our legislature. I wish to record a protest as a resident and citizen and as a member of this Foundation to such obstructive barriers to easy access on this matter of great public importance.
