Job Title: Tele Sales Executive
Location: Kochi
Job Summary:
The Tele calling Executive will handle outbound and inbound calls to promote products/services,
generate leads, and meet sales targets. The role requires excellent communication, customer service
skills, and a persuasive attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Interaction:
- Make outbound calls to promote products/services.
- Handle inbound customer inquiries and support.
- Address and resolve customer complaints.
2. Sales and Marketing:
- Explain product features and benefits.
- Achieve sales targets.
- Upsell and cross-sell additional products/services.
3. Data Management:
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Update customer information in the CRM.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries.
4. Problem Solving:
- Resolve customer issues promptly.
- Escalate complex problems as needed.
5. Communication:
- Deliver engaging product/service pitches.
- Adapt communication techniques for different customers.
6. Team Collaboration:
- Work with sales and marketing teams on strategies.
- Share customer feedback for product/service improvement.
7. Compliance:
- Adhere to company policies and legal regulations.
8. Continuous Improvements:
- Participate in training sessions to enhance skills.
- Stay updated on industry trends.
Working Hrs:9AM- 6PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Leaves: 18 CL + 12 SL
Salary : 10k Fixed + Incentives (1k per enrollment upto 5k) + Bonus (2k per enrollment from 6th
enrollment onwards no upper cap)
