MULTI-SENSORY EXPERIENCE AS BASIS FOR THE DESIGN OF AN URBAN COMMUNITY
PARK IN BACOLOD CITY
Mary Nicole Delos Santos, Schilona Gain Boco, Cynthnie Mari Encabo, Curtney
Rebullante, Rovin Hubac, Terrence Espera, Hannah Graciella Chua, France Estañol, and
Lance Edward Villanueva. With them, I shared life’s ups and downs. They’ve seen my
weaknesses and strengths, and helped me overcome the best and, at the same times, the
hardest years of my life so far. I will miss you all, and will always cheer for you wherever
your destinies takes you in life.
I would also like to thank my mentors in college, most especially my thesis
writing consultant, Ar. Roberto Aguillion and Sir Reejay Alvarado, and my design
consultant, Ar. Alvin Samodal, who helped me overcome difficulties in the writing and
design process. They guided me and taught me that I may improve my work better. I also
thank the late Ar. Butch Alisbo, whom I was given the opportunity to be one of his
students before his passing: thank you for being such an inspiration, sir. And for making
me like architecture more than I already have.
Soli Deo Gloria!
