STEAM PRESSURE trova largo impiego anche nel settore vinicolo l dove siano richiesti interventi di sanificazione, disinfezione delle linee di imbottigliamento o rimozione del tartaro che si forma allinterno della barrique. Grazie alla combinazione dell acqua e del vapore possibile, in una sola ed unica operazione, eliminare totalmente tartaro e brettanomiceti dalle fibre del legno. E stato stimato che questo procedimento viene realizzato ad un costo inferiore di 0,20.
