    This letter is to acknowledge receipt of the Outcome Report submitted by Delridge Neighborhoods Development
    Association for the outcome 221 1 - Students develop/strengthen skills and/or habits that support academic
    success. for services bepning July 1, 2007.

    The report you submitted was reviewed by staff in three important areas. First, it was reviewed to see whether you
    achieved the intended impact with the funds provided by United Way of King County. The second area was
    whether your report was both valid and reliable, based on the criteria used to determine that the indcators were
    met and compliance with prescribed samplmg and measurement standards. The thud area we evaluated was your
    agency's use of the report as an opportunity to learn and improve services or service delivery.

    After staff review, the following comments were made and are being shared with you, and some corrective action is
    required.
