Background

Mayur is a prominent hospital in Indore , MP, known for its clinical expertise and good patient service. Its offerings are currently include all
major medical specialties including Internal Medicine, ER, OBG, Orthopedics, Pediatrics and General Surgical services.

The founders of the hospitals are visionary and have utmost respect for patient care before any other corporate objectives. Given the
nature of the industry it is important to achieve efficiency improvement and economies of scale in a hospital setup / network. It is only
then one can provide quality services in a sustainable manner as the cost of providing good quality
are also high.

Hence the objectives are twofold
