Termination. Upon termination of this Agreement by either party, such party shall return or destroy all information provided by the other party within 30 days. The confidentiality obligations under this Agreement shall survive any termination of the Agreement. 6. Other Rights. Under this Agreement, neither party transfers nor waives any rights it may have in the Confidential Information (e.g. intellectual property rights).
