TAMAQUA As part of its continuing network investment to support growing demand for advanced mobile devices and applications, AT&T today announced the activation of five new mobile broadband cell sites in Schuylkill County that will enhance coverage for area residents and businesses in Tamaqua, Hegins, Mahanoy City, McAdoo and Tower City. With mobile broadband speeds, AT&T customers can surf the Web, download files faster, and enjoy the very latest interactive mobile applications. The new cell sites are one part of AT&Ts ongoing efforts to drive investment and innovation to deliver the nations best, most advanced mobile broadband experience for customers. With the nations fastest mobile broadband network, AT&T provides accelerated mobile data speeds and simultaneous voice and data capabilities. My top priorities are promoting job growth in our region and revitalizing our communities, said Senator David Argall. Ensuring access to broadband connections is an important part of our strategy, and I am glad that AT&T is investing in its mobile broadband network in the region, helping our residents stay connected and our businesses stay competitive.
