JUSTIFICATION LETTER

To Ma’am Joyce D. Fantilagan,

On the due date of the task, I was participating in the RSPC (Regional
Schools Press Conference) Training. As a sports writer qualified for the RSPC,
it was imperative for me to attend this training to prepare for the upcoming
competition.

The task’s deadline was scheduled in such a way that I could not start the
activity before 5:20 PM, nor be home by the deadline as the schedule for the
RSPC Training is from 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM at Lalakay Elementary School, Los
Banos, Laguna. Considering the traffic for the time in getting myself home, I
arrived at our house already around 6:00 since I reside in Santa Cruz,
Laguna.

I understand the importance of timely submissions and the impact of this

delay. I assure you that this was an exceptional circumstance and not a
reflection of my usual commitment to our classwork. I am diligently working
on the task and will submit it at the earliest possible opportunity.

Thank you very much for your time and understanding.

Sincerely yours,

Hadriel Elroy S. Manjares
