V I N TAG E
Cooler flowering than normal, followed by one of the longest, driest summers on record, allowed our viticulture and winemaking teams to selectively harvest different blocks of perfectly ripe Pinot Noir when they reached the pinnacle of flavour development.

Beautifully perfumed, this Pinot Noir is bursting with bright red cherry and wild raspberry aromas.

WINEMAKING
Sourced from the renowned Ben Morven vineyard, the 2010 vintage provided Pinot Noir fruit of exceptional character which was fermented in small open top vessels and hand plunged throughout to gently extract colour and flavour. The resulting wine was aged in carefully selected French Oak barrels prior to blending and bottling with minimal intervention.

Layers of ripe berries are complemented by fine silky tannins. Subtle hints of chocolate and spice on the finish complete a wine of a charm and distinction.

FO OD M ATCHING
Flavoursome meats such as duck and venison, accompanied by berry based sauces.
