I, Kaligiri Srinivasulu, S/o. Late Ramakrishna, Hindu, Aged about 33

years, Railway Employee, Permanent R/o. D.No. 8-94, State Bank Road,

Koilakunta, Kurnool district - 518134, do hereby solemnly affirm and state

as follows:

1. I am the petitioners counsel in the above case and I know the facts

of the case.

2. The above case is posted today for filing written statement and the

petitioner could not attend before this Hon'ble Court due to

(REASON). Nonappearance of the petitioner is neither intentional

nor willful but for reasons beyond his control. Hence the petition.

3. Therefore it is prayed that this Hon’ble Court may be pleased to

adjourn the matter for a few days for filing written statement.

Otherwise, the petitioner will be put to serious loss and hardship.
