Willowwind Elf

Willowwind Elves are as famed for stealth as they are for their physical beauty. It was once rumored that looking upon one for more than a brief instant would cast a love spell so complete that its bonds could only be broken by death. Willowwind Elves are commonly jovial among their one kind and with trusted friends, but are slow to trust and reticent with newcomers. Because of their preference to remain unseen and work from the shadows they make excellent Rogues, and Enchantment Specialist Mages. The forest refuges of the Willowwind Elves are near impenetrable because of the deadly and near invisible traps for which they are known and feared.

Slight Build: Treated as one-size smaller with regard to all saves, rolls or checks involving a Size Modifier, and must use weapons designed for creatures one size smaller. They may use the Weapon Finesse feat (PHB page 102) to apply Dexterity instead of Strength to attack rolls with all weapons since they use smaller than normal weapons for a medium creature.

Wind Form: The subject and all its gear become air. Its material armor (including natural armor) becomes worthless, though its size, Dexterity, deflection bonuses, and armor bonuses from force effects (for example, from the mage armor spell) still apply. The subject gains immunity to non magical damage, poison and critical hits. It can t attack or cast spells with verbal, somatic, material, or focus components while in Wind Form. The subject also loses supernatural abilities while in Wind Form. If it has a touch spell ready to use, that spell is discharged harmlessly when the Wind Form spell takes effect. The subject can t run, but it can fly at a speed up to twice the base land speed of the subject (maneuverability perfect). It can pass through small holes or narrow openings, even mere cracks, with all it was wearing or holding in its hands, as long as the spell persists. The creature is subject to the effects of natural wind, and it can t enter water or other liquid. It also can t manipulate objects or activate items, even those carried along with its Wind Form. Continuously active items remain active, though in some cases their effects may be moot (such as those that supply armor or natural armor bonuses). The subject cannot be seen when in Wind Form but can be felt as a light breeze when moving at base land speed and a gust of wind when moving at twice base land speed.
