to say thanks to Bank of Lees Summit customers. The decorations, activities and prizes will be fall themed. Goals and Objectives Goal: to show Bank of Lees Summit customers appreciation Primary objective: to have a total attendance of 4,000 people Secondary objective: host a successful customer appreciation day while staying within $4,000 budget

Develop strategies for success Purpose: show thanks to Bank of Lees Summit customers Target groups: Bank of Lees Summit customers, community members Primary demographics: all ages, male and female, families with children, Lees Summit and surrounding areas Ways to track success: Activities M&M Jar: Guests attempt to guess the number of M&Ms in the jar. The participant with the closest guess gets the entire jar of candy. Entry forms will be used. Coin Jar: Guests attempt to guess the amount of money in the jar. The participant with the closest guess wins the money. Entry forms will be used. Coloring Page: Kids can color a picture of Copper the Bear while enjoying Customer Appreciation Day. When kids color a page they can enter to win a gift card to Lees Summits Paradise Park. Raffle Drawings: Guests can enter in raffle drawings for a variety of prizes. These prizes can be donated by local businesses and sponsors. Entry forms will be used. use prize registration forms to calculate attendance stay within budget, calculate all expenses post-evaluation form

Budget

The budget is an estimate of the costs of the event. A big way to save on the costs is to start a sponsorship program for this event. For example, Walgreens could sponsor the M&M Jar contest by donating enough M&Ms for all four jars; in return the signs placed by each jar would say something like This prize was donated by your local Walgreens, and include the Walgreens logo.
