1. Higher study being distance learning/correspondence course will not come in the way of
discharging his normal duties.
2. The grant of permission for study does not entitle him for right to avail leave. The leave can be
granted only if he can be spared depending upon administrative convenience and the prevailing
situation.
3. Course being out side office hours.
The concerned employee may be informed accordingly.
