Spring Craft Show and Vendor Fair March 24, 2012 Organized by Amy Edgar of Studio 456

Location: Set up time: Show hours: Jim Barnett Park War Memorial Building - social hall Winchester, VA 10:00 to 11:00 am 11:00 am to 3:00 pm Take down immediately following show and lasting until 3:55 pm.

Size of Spaces: There will be 14 (10' x 10') spaces and 6 (8' x 12.6') spaces available. Chairs will be available. Please bring your own display materials and tables. (Unless you are renting a table at the event.) Registration Fee: $30.00 for each space. Please add an additional $5.00 per table if you need to rent a table for this event. All fees must be received by March 10, 2012. Please mail checks to: Amy Edgar 450 Dickenson Drive Inwood, WV 25428.

General Information: Please arrive on time and take down on time. Rental of this facility (social hall) is by the hour. Studio 456 will be charged additional fees if everyone is not cleaned up and out of the building promptly at 4 pm. Please bring a copy of your state business license. You may not need it but occasionally, city employees may ask to see your license. Because this event is taking place in a building owned by the City of Winchester, a representative from the Commissioner of the Revenue (Brenda Fristoe) states that even if you are an independent representative from a larger company, you are still required to be licensed from your home state. If you are unsure how to obtain this, call Amy Edgar for suggestions. You may be fined by the city of Winchester or asked to leave if you do not have the required license. Please help advertise and promote this event. Our success depends on your help with this. The organizer (Amy Edgar) will advertise as well as possible on our limited budget but any help with advertising would be greatly appreciated.
