Criteria Item Description Scores Remarks/ Comments
1. Requirements Analysis (30%) Clarity and Completeness: Were the system requirements clearly defined and well-
documented?
Feasibility: Are the requirements realistic given the constraints (e.g., technology)?
Understanding of User Needs: Does the design address the user's requirements
effectively?
2. Design and Functionality (30%) Innovation and Creativity: Does the design introduce novel solutions or ideas?
Usability: Is the system user-friendly and intuitive?
Completeness: Are all specified features and functionalities implemented?
Security: Does the design adequately address security concerns?
3. System Architecture (20%) Scalability: Is the system designed to handle growth in users or data?
Performance: Does the architecture support efficient performance under expected
workloads?
Fault Tolerance and Reliability: Does the design handle errors gracefully and
ensure system reliability?
4. Presentation and Delivery (20%) Clarity and Organization: Is the system and design explained clearly and logically?
Visualization and Prototypes: Are diagrams, mockups, or prototypes included to
demonstrate the design?
Engagement: Did the team effectively communicate the benefits and limitations of their
design?
