RESPONSE TO QUERY ON UNAVIALBILITY DUE TO PHON BEING OFF.

I am writing in response to the subject matter regarding “Placing my phone on diversion mode”
I sincerely appreciate the opportunity to address the matter.
I actually live in a remote area where power (Electricity) is very poor as such my phone is
usually low or switched off during the weekend. I usually charge my phone here at Gramen yard
during work hours or inside the vehicle during operations.
I understand that ignorance is not an excuse and I deeply apologize for any negative
consequences that may have arisen from my action and promised to get a power bank to avoid
future occurrences.
I am very sorry for my misconduct and I want to categorically state that it was not a deliberate
act and I promised it won’t happen again.

Yours Sincerely,

Usman Jonathan
