LARS (Liquidity Analytical Reporting System) is an application built in
coordination with the LRM (Liquidity Risk Management) team as a system to
gather data, analyze and report on Liquidity and Liquidity Risk. Liquidity is a
firm’s ability to meet its financial obligations in a timely manner without incurring
extra costs or losses. Liquidity Risk is impacted by a lot of activities/events that
may cause cash to flow in or out or WFC and its various legal entities. LARS
Addresses data deficiencies, implements custom processing logic and a
complex rules engine to get the regulatory report data ready for downstream
consumption and reporting to senior management and regulators.

 Collaborate with vendors and other technical personnel to resolve technical

BMW NA is required to improve processes and procedures to deter the selling
of un-remedied recalled vehicles. The recall information from TCM (Technical
Campaign Management) System will be processed on a daily basis and all
applicable downstream applications will be modified accordingly.
Scheduled Plan (SP)
BMW NA has decided to roll out a new set of Maintenance products - No
Cost Scheduled Plan, Refresh Scheduled Plan, Maintenance Plan Upgrade“
and Full Maintenance Plan Upgrade Extensions products for vehicles with
Model Year 2017 and onwards.
VDC Texas
Establish a Port and VDC (vehicle distribution center) in Texas. Ship vehicles
directly to Texas and deliver from the Texas VDC directly to these dealers in
Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, and Louisiana.
MP Refresh & 3MPU
The Project aims to terminate the no-cost Maintenance plan once ownership
of the vehicle has changed and offer Refresh MPU for an enrollment fee to

interest bearing FDIC insured deposit accounts at ten Citigroup affiliated banks. All
free credit balances will be automatically swept into the Bank Deposit Program. This
provides the client with up to $1,000,000 of FDIC insured bank deposits in Citigroup
affiliated banks with any overage deposited in a money market fund chosen by the
client. The interest rate is based on the rate on SBCX.
