Production Support: Analyze and fix the Production abends, complete the cycle on time & brings the online
region up well before the business starts.
Business Work Request (BWR): Business raises an incident if any of the functionalities is failed to work as
designed. Upon receiving the BWR, starts analyzing the issue, recreates it in testing region, makes necessary
code changes, do the required testing and informed the business about the fix. Once the business provided
the sign off, implements the code into the production.
Build new environment for testing
Enhancement: Enhances the existing functionalities to meet the customers need.
Automation : Automates the manual activities which were time consuming and also resulted in reducing the
chance of error.

Project Description and Role: This Project is a Core Banking Project which is based on Relationship Management
(RM) application. It involves storing the Customer details and demographics. The purpose of this Project is to use
the Enterprise Banking Suite (EBS) version of Relationship Management (RM) in South-East Asian Countries (SEA)
and roll out to the other clusters and geographies in the Bank’s Rainbow & G2C versions.
The Project deals with the Production support for more than 20 Core Banking applications for the Bank. Apart from
supporting different applications, I have primarily supported 2 applications, Relationship Management (RM) &
Card Reference File (RF).
Maintain records of all reported issues/tickets, logging communication history with documentation and
update status within published time frames, enhancing the core product by traceable support records site-
wide
Escalate critical issues and work on implementing strategies for their timely resolutions
Supporting the activities like post mortem calls, OPC update for batch setup, execution of adhoc jobs,
Maintenance of internal and external file layouts.
