Application Deadlines

An application, the $50 application fee, official transcripts and results from the GRE or GMAT must be submitted along with a letter of intent addressed to the academic department chair, three letters of recommendation and a rsum listing any publications you have written.

Instructions:
1. Complete all necessary forms. a. Graduate Application for Admission must be completed. 2. Sign forms. 3. Submit forms, along with a non-refundable application fee of $50 (in U.S. currency) payable to the Missouri University of Science and Technology, 106 Parker Hall, 1870 Miner Circle, Rolla, MO 65409-1060. 4. Request that your college/university transcripts be sent directly to the Director of Admissions, Missouri University of Science and Technology, 106 Parker Hall, 1870 Miner Circle, Rolla, MO 65409-1060. No transcript will be accepted directly from the applicant. (Students from India submit marksheets) 5. Request GRE or GMAT scores be sent from ETS directly to the Director of Admissions, Missouri University of Science and Technology, 106 Parker Hall, 1870 Miner Circle, Rolla, MO 65409-1060. 6. The application should be accompanied by a letter addressed to the chair of the department in which you plan to study at the Missouri University of Science and Technology. You, the candidate, must state your purpose in applying for a graduate appointment and give any additional pertinent information for which no provision is made on this form. 7. Your application should include three letters of recommendation in sealed envelopes. 8. Please send a rsum which lists any publications you have written. 9. Please have TOEFL or IELTS scores sent from ETS directly to the Director of Admissions, Missouri University of Science and Technology, 106 Parker Hall, 1870 Miner Circle, Rolla, MO 65409-1060. Please note, international students must provide documentation of financial support to receive an I-20.
